I used The Hartford via AARP for over 7 years. Everything was excellent until we had a claim. The Hartford paid my claim fast and well, however it was followed by raising the next monthly payment by over 90%! This is what you get with them for being claim free for 7 years. We switched to Root very fast and are now very pleased.
